The Zirrus 85” TV Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Zirrus, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Zirrus (“Sponsor”), located at 1421 Courtney Huntsville Road, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes and interpretation of these Official Rules.
The Sweepstakes begins on June 5, 2026 12:00 AM ET and ends on July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
With Purchase:
During the Sweepstakes Period, current customers who upgrade from a lower speed plan to a 1 Gig or higher speed plan will receive one (1) entry for each Gig in their new plan. New customers who sign up for a 1 Gig or higher speed plan during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry for each Gig in their selected plan. For example, a 1 Gig plan earns one (1) entry, and a 3 Gig plan earns three (3) entries. Customers who also enroll in a Mobile Bundle will receive one (1) additional entry. The maximum number of entries that may be earned through purchase is four (4).
Without Purchase (Alternate Method of Entry):
To enter without making a purchase, participants may mail in a handwritten entry on a 3” x 5” card including their full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to: Zirrus TV Sweepstakes, 1421 Courtney Huntsville Road, Yadkinville, NC 27055. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 6, 2026 and received no later than July 10, 2026. Each valid mail-in submission will receive four (4) entries, providing an equal opportunity to obtain the maximum number of entries available through purchase.
No Purchase Necessary. A purchase or upgrade will not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Limit: Maximum of four (4) entries per person regardless of method of entry. Any attempt to obtain additional entries through multiple accounts, identities, or false information will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
There are three (3) prizes and three (3) winners. Each winner will receive an 85” TV. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each 85” TV prize: $1,000. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all 85” TV prizes total: $3,000. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Zirrus reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. As the prize value exceeds $600, the winners will be required to complete an IRS Form 1099.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about July 13, 2026. Winners will be notified via email and phone within 3 days following selection. If any of the selected winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, or fail to claim the prize within 5 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
To request the names of winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Zirrus TV Sweepstakes at the address below within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winners’ consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Zirrus, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

Zirrus is not responsible for: (1) technical failures of any kind; (2) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (3) unauthorized human intervention; or (4) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina.
